چکیده

AURA (Advanced Uncertain Reasoning Architecture) is a generic family of techniques and implementations intended for high-speed approximate search and match operations on large unstructured datasets. AURA technology is based upon binary Correlation Matrix Memories (CMM). This paper describes a high performance IP-core for executing the core AURA operations. The IP-core processes the AURA data in compact-bit vector (CBV) format, which increases storage capacity but creates issues regarding performance. The IP-core is intended for implementation on the PRESENCE-2 AURA hardware accelerator PCI-card, and for use in SOC and embedded solutions.
